At Picadore we have endeavoured to make the process of sizing and pricing your images as simple as possible.

When supplying your own photo first go to the 'your own photo on canvas' page, use the browse button to select the image from your computer; scale it up to your required canvas dimensions and then use the size/pricing grid to add the canvas to your shopping basket. Hitting the 'add to basket' button then starts the uploading process which may take a while depending on the size of the  file.

Another option at this point is to click the custom photo button which automatically takes you to the Fotolia web site where you can choose a picture from a database of over 5 million images. Simply insert your chosen image's reference number into the box and then go to the size/price grid as before.

The images in our online gallery are all individually priced according to available sizes. Just select the image, click on your required size and the price automatically appears along with the option of adding it to your shopping basket.

We only use 38mm Gallery frames and will always wrap the image around the frame leaving no white edges, which, in our opinion gives a far more satisfactory effect. We can do this either by wrapping the available image, in which case an allowance of 40mm per side must be made when cropping your photograph, or we can add extra image and blur if this is more appropriate. This can be discussed with you via a telephone call which we will always make on reciept of your image. We will also discuss with you any image resolution issues which may arise when we enlarge your photograph and any other special requirements you may have regarding the production of your canvas.
